From design to installation. PEC Delivers

We are able to provide a complete turnkey solution for our clients; from initial design inception right the way through to installation and final finishing. Each client is partnered with one of PEC’s project managers at the very first instance, ensuring one-point of contact throughout any given contract; not only does this make for a strong relationship, it ensures that both parties know the contract requirements inside-out.

The PEC Group manufactures to full CE Marking requirements under BS EN 1090, and are certified to Class 2. We have been offering a first class service to various industry sectors since the late 1960s. The company boasts a fully equipped fabrication facility, a dedicated paint shop, comprehensive machining facilities, 3D CAD design suite and General Offices, in Avonmouth, Bristol. These facilities enable us to react to the most complex of client requirements.

Our Services

Design

The design process encompasses the architectural design, the development of the structural concept the analysis of the steel structure and the verification of members. We manufacture in all grades of Aluminium, Stainless and Mild Steel.

Manufacture

Our fully equipped manufacturing facility is located immediately off Junction 18 of the M5. It boasts eight overhead cranes and three full scale gantry cranes. Ensuring we are able to deal with any size of project.

 

Finishing

PEC offer a variety of finishes and our in-house facilities enable us to control all aspects of quality and durability.

Our sealed electrostatic painting facility has been designed to house 40 foot high cube shipping containers.

Installation

Our site teams each have a dedicated installation vehicle fully equipped with the latest and safest tooling. All supervisors hold SSSTS and all operatives hold the relevant CE codings along with CSCS cards. We also have PASMA and IPAF qualified engineers.

Our Clients
